Ingredients:

4 tbsp PERi-PERi sauce
8 cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp thick yogurt
2 avocados
1 can of drained cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup shredded chicken
1/2 red onion
1/4 cucumber
Small handful of cilantro
Small handful of parsley
Small handful of mint

Method:

Mix chicken, cucumber, chickpeas, parsley, yogurt and PERi-PERi sauce in a bowl.
Cut avocado in half, remove the stone (they don't taste so nice), score and scoop out of skin. Plate.
Place tomatoes on avocado and top with chicken mix. Sprinkle with cilantro, mint and enjoy - it feels good to be good!

PERi-PERi, also known as the African Bird's Eye Chilli, is the key to our legendary, flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. It's grown in the African soil, so the magic starts from the ground up. It tastes amazing, but the benefits don't stop there:
