Before use, you can apply a thin layer of vegetable oil on the surface of the kitchenware, and then put it on the fire to dry, which is equivalent to applying a protective film on the surface of the kitchenware.
Stainless steel cutlery sets have low thermal conductivity, slow heat transfer time, and air burning will cause the chrome coating on the surface of the cookware to age and fall off.
