HOW TO TAKE HIGH DEFINITION VIDEOS AND PHOTOS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS:

1. Turn camera off and back on. When camera is back on hit the menu button the first thing showing is the resolutions tab in blue. With the resolutions being blue, hit the OK button which will bring up the resolutions settings. Lower the settings by one (4K and 1080P HD mode is recommended), then record and see if it's still grainy.

2. Please watch it on HD TV or computer after taking the video, do not watch the video on the camera screen directly, the camera screen resolution is too low to fully display the clarity of the video

3. Please hold the video camera stably during shooting. It is better to put it on supports like a tripod to get clear photos.

4. Please confirm the shooting distance is 1.5 meters or more. If you need close-up shots, please use a macro lens and keeping 10-20 cm distance from the object.

The camera connect to the TV:

When the camera connect to the TV through HD Out port,please press the camera ok button to turn on the camera.

Please set the TV signal source as HD and enter into the “HD mode”.

The camera screen will automatically turn off,please note it is the camera design,not the camera malfunction.The TV screen will be used as the camera screen.You can operate the camera button to control the TV screen,playback the photos and videos so on.

Warm Tips:

Please read the user manual carefully before use the camera.

Please remove the plastic sticker on the battery before using the camera.

Please charge the battery up to 8 hours the first time you use it.If it full charged can be sustainable 2.5-3.0 hours.

Please note:

1, The camcorder come with the "Lens Adapter",please install the "Lens Adapter"on the camera first,then install the “Wide angle lens”.

2, IR video cannot be record if wide angle lens is attached.

3, Please install the lens adapter(A black like-ring packed with a plastic bag) to the camcorder firstly before you install the wide angle lens.

2, Put the 1pc CR2032 button battery in the External Stereo Microphone.

3. Mount the microphone on the camcorder hot shoe position, insert the 3.5mm mic cable into the camera by the 1 to 2 adapter.

4. External microphone switch: "OFF" is for power off, "0dB" is for normal pickup, "+10dB" is for sensitivity enhancement pickup, it is suitable for long distance pickup.

5. When you switch from "OFF to "0dB" or "+10dB" on the microphone, the light will turn green. When battery is low power, the green light will flash, please charging.

6. When installing the shotgun microphone, please slide the microphone slowly into the camera's hot shoe connector and then tighten the screws. If you want to remove the shotgun microphone, please be gentle to slowly slide it out and do not pull hard.

How to use the Camera WIFI:

The WIFI function is download the mobile phone APP to connect the camera,not support the camera to use the Wireless Network Connection.

NovaCam application installation:

For Android system:Search “NovaCam”on Google Play,then download and install for use.

For IOS system:When Mobile phone or Tablet is equipped with the system of ios 6.0 and above,it is able to search “NovaCam” applications on Apple App Store for installation.

By WIFI connection, “NovaCam” can be used to control the camera,including previewing,browsing photo albums and download the files from camera to the Mobile phone or Tablet for sharing,as well as taking photos and filming as a remote control.

Switch on WIFI connection:

(1)Keep video camera in standby mode after being turned on,long press the DISP/WIFI for 3 seconds to open WIFI signal source.The camera screen displays WIFI name and password,and default to be “Refresh”option(the chosen option is in yellow)

(2)Check WIFI setting on Mobile phone or Tablet,Find the WIFI source name shown on camera,click to connect and input the WIFI password shown on camera.

(3)When the connection is successful,users can operate the video camera through the application “NovaCam” for previewing,browsing photo albums and download the files from camera to the Mobile phone or Tablet for sharing,as well as taking photos and filming as a remote control.
