Avocado Puree
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
Optional: Breastmilk, formula, or water
Instructions:
Mash the avocado with a fork or blend it in the Nutrichef food processor.
Mix with breastmilk, formula or water to reach desired consistency.

Apple Puree
Ingredients:
5-6 medium sized apples, preferably of different varieties (braeburn, cox, gala)
1 teaspoon ground cinnomon
1 tablespoon low calorie sweetener
Instructions:
Wash & peel, core and slice. Place the apples in a large pan and then put in enough water to cover them up. Bring apples to the boil, then gently simmer for 15-20 minutes or until soft. Drain the apples, then put in Nutrichef food processor, mash the apples into a thick puree. Place in the fridge to cool before serving.

Pumpkin Puree
Ingredients:
1 small baking pumpkin, 4 to 6 pounds Fine sea salt, optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Cut the pumpkin in half, stem to base. Remove seeds and pulp. Cover each half with foil. Bake in the preheated oven, foil side up, 1 hour, or until tender. Scrape pumpkin meat from shell halves and puree in the Nutrichef food processor. Strain to remove any remaining stringy pieces. Store in the freezer in freezer safe bags.

Blueberry Puree
Ingredients:
1/2 pint of blueberries (fresh or frozen) 2 cups of water
You can save the liquid to serve as juice or to blend in with cereals etc.
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil. Add blueberries and simmer for 15 minutes until soft. Reserve liquid and use a slotted spoon to transfer blueberries to Nutrichef food processor. If needed, add some of the liquid to blueberries. Add cereal (if desired) to thicken up.
