The connect between the bluetooth controller and light strip must be in towards to the arrows.
Please connect all parts well before you plug in the power supply, otherwise it will take risk for the light strip burn out, and then add the controller to your app within one minute.
If you did not add the controller to your app in one minute, please restart the powe and add it immediately.
If the color does not match as app, please long press on device in app to change the connect type.
The power supply and bluetooth controller are not waterproof, if you want to install it outside, please use a box or something waterproof to protect them.
Clean the dust, ensure the surface you intend to stick the light is free from dust before installation to avoid falling off.
If the strip light is not very sticky on something, please use the spare buckles and screws to tighten it.
Whether the power supply and the power cord connect tight.
Please check whether the connection is tight. Make sure the light strip is well connected to the controller
Align the arrows on the connector together from the lights to the bluetooth connector.
