The 40-6536 is a high accuracy, dual-slope red beam rotary created with grading, excavation, and flatwork contractors in mind. It comes in a rugged rubber overmolded housing for durability from those accidental jobsite tipovers and has the ability to operate on either rechargeable batteries, alkaline batteries, or the included AC adapter to ensure you have zero downtime.

Rugged Housing The 40-6535 rotary laser has a rugged rubber overmolded housing to resist jobsite abuse. It's pictured here with Johnson Level's 40-6791 machine mounted detector (not included). This laser is purpose-built for excavation, grading, and concrete applications.	Includes Double-Sided LCD Detector Our most full-featured detector, the 40-6715 detector incudes three accuracy settings. Coarser settings help you locate the beam more quickly for rough excavation, while fine mode dials you in to 0.04" accuracy - perfect for checking your concrete formwork or for leveling posts and footings.	Easy Operation While it is one of our easiest to use rotaries, the 40-6535 is also one of our most full-functioned with electronic self leveling, dual slope, and tilt mode. Tilt mode alerts you if the laser is bumped or otherwise moved so that you can re-establish your proper reference height. The included remote control ensures you can operate the laser without touching it - eliminating the possibility of it moving while setting slope and allowing you to control the rotary from over 100 feet away.
