Country Fried Steak and Eggs

Ingredients:
Water, 4 fl.oz.
Trio Southern Country Gravy Mix, 2 tbsp.
Country Fried, Beef sirloin steak, country fried, 10 oz.
Roasted Potatoes - prepared, 4.5 oz.
Egg, sunny side up or scrambled, 4 each.
Method:
1. Prepared Southern Country Gravy Mix per directions. Keep warm.
2. Fry the steak in a deep fryer according to manufacturer’s directions.
3. Remove from fryer, divide in half and place on plate with roasted potatoes and eggs made to order.
4. Ladle 1-1/2 fl.oz of gravy on each half of the steak and garnish with chopped parsley.
