You can run one at a time or both for a well rounded beam pattern. The 55 lumen DRL is always on no matter the mode or setting. There are 4 brightness modes 100-50-25-10% and one flash mode.

OLED Display for Remaining Runtime ★ Integrated OLED screen provides information such as current lighting mode, remaining battery capacity and it calculates remaining burntime under current conditions in real time.

Latest Super High Capacity Battery Cell ★ 3500 mAh ★ Up to 1 hour on highest brightness with max output. On a single LED runtime will doulbe at max brightness. At lowest 10%, single LED can get you 10h of runtime while two LEDs 8.5h. DRL mode alone will last 14.5 hours at 55 lumens.
