At Foods Alive, we make our crackers with simple ingredients.

Before we purchase the seed for our crackers we make sure the seeds look great, can sprout, and that the oil in them looks and tastes great.

These crackers are also a source of protein, fiber and omega essential fatty acids.

Neat Facts About Our Crackers & Snackers

When making our crackers and snackers, we soak the mixture in water to activate the seeds and then gently dehydrate them overnight. This process ensures that the enzymes inside the seeds are still alive and activated.

As a result, you can actually take a cracker from the bag, soak it and then plant it in the ground and it will grow into a flax plant. Now that'd be a neat science experiment for your child's next science fair project!
