The direct wire art lights provide ample light across your artwork while connecting directly to an input wire feed. This model can be connected to a 100v - 240Vac line, and is turned on or off using the Toggle switch under the shade or a wall switch (not included) attached to the wiring. Unfortunately this light does not offer dimming capabilities, and cannot be connected to a switch with a dimming features as well.
