The moveable spindles feature smooth-turning carbon steel Acme screws that produce high clamping pressure with the least effort. The spindle end has a swivel pad which allows gripping of various shaped parts. Handle has a sliding pin bar to allow use in confined areas. Both the sliding bar pin and Acme screws are zinc plated to prevent corrosion. Spindle fully closes tight to the opposite jaw face.
