Multigrain Homemade Bread
Ingredients:
- 200 gms whole wheat flour, 5 gms dry yeast, 3 tsp sugar, 80 gms milk powder, 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 40 gms melted butter, 1 cup milk, 40 gms Multigrains, as needed Barley
- 1 tsp Flax seeds, as needed Otas, 5-6 Badam slices, 6-7 Watermelon seeds slices, 6-7 Raisins
Direction:
- Take a bowl put yeast,sugar pour lukewarm water mix well leave 5mins for dissolve. Take a big bowl Steve whole wheat flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt,butter and yeast solution,milk powder mix well palm free kneaded doe. Transfer doe butter greased bowl close cloth leave 5 hour it will increase the size.
- Then take out make as bread shape give buttermilk wash ontop. Sprinkle all multigrains on top of bread roll on it transfer bread doe onto baking tray place oven set temperature 220degree @40mins. Then open up close cloth leave 1hour for chill and bread will set it then then ready to serve...best to have sandwich salad along with tea and multigrain bread

Manchow Veg Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup barley flour, 2 cup water (add more or less quantity according to your taste), to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp oil or ghee
- 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fried noodles, 1 cup Chopped vegetables (capsicum,onion,green onion,carrot), 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Direction:
- In a bowl mix barley flour and water. Chopped all vegetables. In a pan pour 1 tsp ghee or oil. Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute for a minute,add other vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add barley flour mixture,first seive the mixture and then add in vegetables.
- Cook for 2_3 minutes,if you want to add more water then add. Mix all spices and sauce stir and cook for 10 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves,pour in bowl, garnish with fried noodles

Millet
Ingredients:
- 1cup cheakpea flour, 1/2 juvar
- 1/2 cup barley(jav), 1 Tbs ragi flour
- 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp dhanya
- Water, as per taste Salt
Direction:
- Take all ingredients & knead soft aatta.now make roti from it now roasted us both side on skilet.then apply ghee on it.serve hot or warm wide sabzi or dal.
