3. Insert the TF card and then turn on the camera. Perform a reset operation before connect the APP to camera (press the reset key about 3 seconds with reset needle to keep the camera signal light always show red).

4. Open the APP to connect with camera, select "add intelligently"(not AP mode).Make sure that the connected network is 2.4Ghz signal network (not 5Ghz signal network).Enter correct WiFi name and password.

Note that: No special characters appear in the WiFi name and your WiFi network is 2.4Ghz signal.

5.If you have selected AP mode to connect with camera,you need to perform a reset operation to reconnect.

Q1.Why do I fail to connect the camera with APP?

1. Whether the router connected to the device can access the Internet normally; ensure that the device pairing distance is within the router's WIFI signal coverage; it is recommended to place the device within 2 meters of the router for adding networking operations.

2. The device only supports 2.4G WiFi, not 5G WiFi band, please check whether the router is connected to 2.4G WiFi network.

3. There may be a low battery condition in the attached battery, please use the USB external power supply to add the network operation of the device

4. Whether the WiFi name and password entered by the APP are correct, and whether the device enters the network distribution mode. (the device will enter the network distribution mode when the red light is always on)

5.If you find the red light do not always on, you need to press the reset key about 2 seconds with reset needle.

Q2.The device is online, and the APP cannot receive push messages?
