The K&H Ice Eliminator won’t burn or melt plastic birdbaths. Available in either 50 watts for standard baths or 80 watts for even the largest of bird baths. Both the Ice Eliminator and Super Ice Eliminator are MET safety listed and include three year limited warranty.

What is the difference between models?

K&H Ice Eliminator: The original K&H Ice Eliminator uses 50 watts of power and is designed for standard size birdbaths. This unit is thermostatically controlled to only turn on during cold weather and will keep your birdbath from freezing over.

K&H Super Ice Eliminator:The K&H Super Ice Eliminator uses 80 watts of power and is designed for larger birdbaths. This unit is also thermostatically controlled to turn on and off as needed to keep the water in your birdbath from freezing, even in sub-zero temperatures.
