HOW TO USE?
1. Before using for the first time, wash the stone with warm water and then dry it thoroughly.
2. Preheat - Place the pizza stone in the middle of a cold oven, switch on the oven to 500°F (260°C) and preheat for about 15 minutes.
3. Bake - Slide the prepared pizza onto the hot stone using a heat-resistant pizza peel. Switch the oven to 400-450°F (200-230°C) , bake 12-18 minutes, check at 10 minutes, continue baking to your liking.
4. Serve - Remove the pizza by sliding the peel beneath the cooked pizza, leave the stone in the oven at least until it is entirely cool.
Now it’s the time to cut and enjoy your crispy pizzeria-pizza.
NOTE: This item is mainly for bakery, may not suitable for grilling.
