Agate Knowledge
Ice cracking: It is not the cracks that occur during the formation of the crystal when it encounters earthquakes or stratum compression (internal stress on the earth) and produces some "traces" (dislocation of the atomic arrangement).
Inclusions / pits: During the crystallization process, sometimes other substances (mineral crystals and liquids, gases, etc.) infiltrate and form various types of inclusions, which are called inclusion crystals. The inclusions can be called "associated ore" If the associated ore is polished off on the surface of the beads, tiny pits will form. These phenomena are proof of natural crystals and are not flaws.
Natural texture: Agate is an indeterminate shape of ore, usually red, yellow, green, blue, purple, gray and other colors, and generally has a variety of different colors of layered and patterned bands, these patterned bands are commonly known as natural Texture.
