Back-mounted, steel rings with dual opening and closing triggers allow sheets to lie flat. Horizontal pockets on the inside front and back covers secure loose, unpunched documents. Each pocket holds 40 sheets. Binder also features exposed rivets and a sturdy chipboard core. Binder is made with a high percentage of recycled post-consumer content.
