The mat might be slippery in your break-in period, we recommend you to wipe the mat with a mild soap damp cloth BEFORE the first time use and AFTER each use.
Sweating can cause you to slip and slide on the mat. If your hands and feet that sweat a lot during exercise, you can either place our microfiber towel under your hand or simply wipe the sweat off your body and mat to stop slipping.
It is recommended to roll the back of the large yoga mat inward to avoid edge curling.
