2. Soak Seeds
Soak seeds in water for 8 - 10 hours. We suggest leaving them overnight and rinsing them out first thing in the morning.
3. Rinse Seeds Daily
Rinse seeds twice a day by pouring water through the sprout lid and swishing the seed. Drain the excess water into the sink.
After each rinse fully invert the jar with the lid still on.
