Earthquake Sound's TNT speaker line consists of speakers that are adaptable and affordable additions to any car audio system. They feature low-mass, poly injection cone bodies that deliver precision sound quality in a high-flow ventilation, stamped steel basket design. Their 30mm mylar super tweeters can easily output exceptionally high frequencies for all ranges of music. Additional features include the large butyl rubber surrounds for more accurate sound and a shallow mount design for both American and import cars or trucks.

These 3-way coaxial speakers deliver a powerful audio experience thanks to poly injection cone bodies, expanded wide surrounds, 30mm super tweeters and 66mm mid ranges constructed of durable but flexible mylar.

6 x 9" Speaker Diameter

The TNT T693X features a 6 x 9" speaker diameter with an impedance of 4 ohms. Handling up to 600 watts (max), this speaker delivers a frequency response of 30Hz - 32kHz, with 91dB of sensitivity.

Easier to Install

Earthquake Sound's TNT series of speakers are easier to install into foreign and domestic cars and trucks. They feature a shallow profile that fits existing factory mounts, so in most cases there's no need for expensive and time-consuming mount adjustments or new mount construction. The TNT T693X has a mounting depth of 3-1/4 inches.

Stable Sound

The NOMEX/ROMEX spider assembly to the stamped steel basket allows for stable, linear cone travel and added durability, while maintaining a high-flow ventilation that keeps the speakers cool under load.
