Connect multiple beams together for a longer run, or use the beam individually to practice handstands, walkovers, cartwheels, and so much more.	High-Density Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam This high quality closed-cell foam is the industry standard and is used for competition gymnastics. The closed-cell foam will last much longer than standard open cell foam sold in many other beams and mats. The cross-linked foam allows for a firm beam with minimal sinking which gives much better stability while practicing.	High Quality Synthetic Suede Made to withstand heavy usage, the synthetic suede won't tear and is easy to clean. Unlike some beams that us cheap vinyl, this beam is made from the same material used on beams at gyms and during competitions.
