Snow Leopard is a seasonal blend that combines exceptional single origin coffees in unique ways to create something delicious! Its latest rendition features coffees from the Biftu Gudina cooperative in Western Ethiopia, the Kibingo Washing Station in Northern Burundi and Ecuador’s Pichincha region. Together these coffees form an intensely sweet and dynamic blend with a silky mouthfeel. Each version of Snow Leopard is available only as long as supplies of the component coffees last.


Our Story In 1995, our founders began roasting coffee in a garage. It marked the beginning of a high-impact coffee company focused on quality, sustainability and social responsibility. After two decades, seven cafes and thousands of cups served, our impact has grown though our values remain the same.	Our Craft Our strict standards ensure that our coffees taste great brewed however you enjoy. We evaluate coffees multiple times and test roast on our production roasters to craft flavor profiles that highlight each coffee's unique character before presenting them to our customers.	Our Impact We support projects around the world that improve quality of life and food security for our partners in coffee growing regions. This iteration features a pair of coffees from one of the most celebrated coffee farms in Guatemala, Finca El Injerto. For the third year in a row, we are offering their Red Catuaí variety coffee that has been processed two different ways. This is the first time we have blended the washed and natural lots together, and their distinct flavor profiles complement each other beautifully. This version of Snow Leopard will be available for a limited time - only as long as supplies of the component coffees last. This seasonally evolving blend is available on an ongoing basis.
