The quick release V band clamp make it easy to remove parts to gain access to vital componenets easily as there are no hard hard to reach bolts or special tools needed. Simply undo the clamp and you can remove the component easily.

The V-band flanges are machined to allow them to slide about 1/8" onto the pipe before welding which keeps them centered and ensures a smooth transition for exhaust flow. Fit perfectly, nice and snug.
