Scan the QR code to download "BluecamCloud" app. Our system supports both IOS and Android.
Check the wireless network environment, please make sure the router has DHCP function enabled, and make sure it is 2.4GHZ. Plug the device in, and wait for the blue light to flash (if the blue light does not flash, reset the device), then connect the device to the internet, sonic connection and AP hotspot connection can be chosen from.
After internet connection, add the device and reset password. Then you can start to watch.
