Note for Wi-Fi connection:

a. The camera is only compatible with 2.4G Wi-Fi. 5G Wi-Fi does not work with the camera. Please keep your local Wi-Fi password within 15 characters, without special characters such as%, &, (, . ...). Otherwise, the camera will not be able to work with your local Wi-Fi network. And please install the camera in a place within your local WiFi range.

b. If you need to pair the camera with other APPs or devices, make sure that these APPs or devices support ONVIF. Please note that the camera's audio may not work properly when used with other APPs.

Note for video recording with Micro SD card:

a. The camera supports up to 64GB of micro SD cards. Please do not use a card larger than 64 GB.

b. The micro SD card must be a 10C version or higher.

c. The camera only supports micro SD cards. SD cards are not supported.

d. The APP shows the latest 6 hours recording as default. To view more videos, click "Search" on the APP to gain more video recording.

The camera shows fisheye view on the PC client without electronic pan. The view will be slightly different from the one on the phone.

Note for Wire Installation:

The camera is waterproof. But the power adapter is not. You will need to place the power cable interface in a place where water or rain is not accessible. Or you will need a power box to make the power cable interface to be waterproof.
