Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice.
- 1 small banana, peeled and quartered.
- 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries (7-8 ounces).
1. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed; blend on high until smooth, stopping to stir if needed.
2. Serve immediately.

Hidden Greens Smoothie
- 2 bananas.
- 2 cups almond milk.
- 2 cups frozen raspberries.
- 1 cup ice.
- 1 cup baby spinach.
- 2 tablespoons honey.
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds.
1 Place all ingredients into Oster blender jar. Secure the lid.
2. Blend on high speed until all of the ingredients are blended, or use the smoothie function.
3. Pour into a tall glass. Serve.

Peachy Green Smoothie
- 1 banana.
- 1 peach, stone removed.
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup Greek yogurt.
- 1 cup ice.
- 1 cup baby spinach.
- ½ cup coconut water.
- 1 tablespoon honey.
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
1. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed; blend on high until smooth, stopping to stir if needed.
2. Serve immediately.

Mango-Ginger Smoothie
- 2½ cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced, or 1 package (16 oz.) frozen sliced peaches, thawed.
- 2 cups cubed fresh or jarred mango.
- 1 cup ice.
- 1 container (6 oz.) low-fat vanilla yogurt.
- 2 tablespoons honey.
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger.
1. Combine peaches, mango, ice, yogurt, honey, and ginger in Oster blender jar; blend on programmed smoothie setting or on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour into four glasses; garnish with fresh peach slices.
3. Serve immediately and enjoy.
