PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PUMP?

If you have trouble dispensing the product, try the following before creating a return:

Make sure cap is on tightly, then pump it 20-30 times until the cream dispenses. It may take 30 times ONLY the first time you use it.
If this does not dispense the cream, tap the bottle on the counter about 10-15 times. This should dislodge any air bubbles.
Try to pump it again.
If this doesn't work - insert an open paper clip into the little hole in the bottom of the bottle and push it up WHILE dispensing the pump, until the disc inside the bottle pushes the cream up and out.

Consistency is key! It won't work if you don't use it!

3. You should see results in about a week to 30 days, but some people see results after only a few applications!
