SIM Recommend:

• We recommend SPEEDTALK SIM card (belonging to T-mobile network),USA, or Cingular. . NOT SUPPORTED: Sprint, Verizon.,Att . (Other Country please info us your country and sim carriers.)
• Smart watch SIM card needs to be enabled GPRS function and caller ID function, must be compatible with 2G of data traffic, watches currently only use 2G of data traffic.
• Smart Watch as an unlocked GSM mobile phone, support micro SIM card, we only provide Smartwatch only, NOT included SIM card, please purchase additional GSM network SIM card.

Q: I put the SIM card, why it not be read?

A: We received some feedback from client that the watch do not read the "SpeedTalk " SIM card . But it is not the quality problem for that watch, but that the SIM card you may not set up in right. The SIM card should be plug into the bottom of the card slot, Otherwise it watch will tell you that " please inset a SIM card. ( please EM seller if still do not hwo to do).

Preparation before use

1. Test equipment type is correct, accessories are completed
2. Select the SIM card of GSM network and refer to the dealer's opinion
3. Watch SIM card needs to open GPRS function and caller ID function
4. Install the APP client on the mobile phone, or the client can scan the QR Bar code which offered on the manual to register users.

The watch can not be connected to the server for the first time. App instructions show that the device is not connected. Please check:

1. Whether the SIM in the watch is a gsm network , such as telecommunications , is not supported .
2. Whether the SIM card in the watch opens the data traffic , must be able to be compatible with 2g of data traffic , the watch can only use 2g of data traffic .
3. The server parameter IP and port ID is correct, please make sure the watch posted ID barcode and watch factory written ID, customers can own mobile phone SMS editor PW, 123456, ts# (to watch watch must be installed card, SMS must be English input method), if do not understand can ask the agent.
4. There are two cases not registered. A. indicates that the device number does not exist or the device number is registered. It must be processed by an agent. B. indicates that the account has been registered, that is, the account has been registered, and the customer needs to change one account to register again.
5. Choose the Micro-SIM card which match to the GSM network, Power off before you insert the Micro-SIM card.
