Plastic split sleeves help secure the shelf to the shelving posts (sold separately). This shelf meets National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute (NSF/ANSI) Standard 2 for food equipment, all environments. It has an 800 lb. load capacity when evenly distributed across the shelf, and comes in a pack of four shelves.
