Welcome to Malo'o! It's Hawaiian for "dry" and pronounced "mah-loh-oh”.

We are located in Solana Beach, CA and we love the ocean, mountains and the great outdoors. For most of the year, we are spoiled in Southern California with great weather. But, when it cools down, it's time for the wetsuit. For years, we washed out our suits the old way and hung them on anything that was available.

But we knew there had to be a better way! We tried everything that was out there and also a few home-made contraptions but we still suffered with "damp wetsuits" like most every other surfer...so we decided to do something about it… and our first product, the Malo’o DryRack was created.

So now had a way to dry out our wetsuit and other outdoor gear, but what about keeping it from getting wet in the first place? We love to kayak, fish, snowboard, canoe, hike, and travel the country in our van…and it seems that we are always getting something wet that we shouldn’t. Socks, base layers and phones come to mind. Sure we know there have been dry bags around since cave man days...almost, but we never found a good all-around bag for under 100 bucks, so we have to invent one.

The Malo'o Waterproof Backpacks have been a huge success but our customers wanted more. They wanted to carry more gear on their kayak and wanted to have all of their ski gear dry when they got to slopes, after carrying it on the roof rack. We also heard from our fishing community, they wanted a bigger bag and our water sports enthusiasts did also.

So, we developed the Malo'o Waterproof Duffle Dry Bag. It's huge! 60 liters when water-tight. It has a huge exterior pocket and 2 interior mesh pockets...and it's under 60 bucks.
