Step 2 Place two pepper seeds in each cell and cover with soil, then cover the kit with greenhouse dome. Seedlings emerge in 10-21 days.	Step 3 As soon as they sprout, place seedlings in a sunny place indoors, or under plant lights. (16 hours of light, 8 hours without, 4" above the seedlings. Fertilize as needed.)	Step 4 After 6-8 weeks, when there is no more frost, move your seedlings outside. Keep sheltered for one week then plant in full sun.
