EAST TO SET UP

STEP 1

Fasten the end s-hooks to the tie-down points. Thread the end of yhe webbing through the slotted spool from bottom.

STEP 2

Lift and lower the ratchet handle to spool the tie down.Close the ratchet handle to lock the strap in place.

STEP 3

To loosen, pull back on both release tabs at the same time .
