Eliminate guesswork in complex piping systems
Pipe lasers are the most accurate way to install long runs of piping. Use them to align manholes, set slope between manholes, and to ensure each piece of pipe in the system is properly sloped and aligned.
This self-leveling pipe laser has a digitally adjustable grade setting. Just plug in the grade from your plans and go - no complex calculations are required. The laser centers onto your target quickly and accurately so that you can start laying pipe more quickly and efficiently.
The pipe laser includes a variety of leg sizes to center the laser inside the most common sizes of pipe. A remote control lets you conveniently set and adjust the pipe laser from outside the trench. The pipe laser can also be mounted to a trivet stand (sold separately) for simplified use outside the pipe when referencing height from grade, manhole, or invert level heights.

How to use the pipe laser
Place your laser and targetCenter the laser on the bottom of the pipe. Center the target on the opposite end. If using smaller pipe, use the included legs to automatically center the laser. For large pipe as shown, set your reference from invert level or another external reference point. |
Align your transverse angle and set your slopeLet the laser self-level in the pipe, then use the remote control to steer the beam left and right until it hits the centerline of the target. Use the remote to then program in the desired grade from -20% to +40%. Your laser will adjust to the new grade setting, and the laser beam will be parallel to where your pipe should be and will be centered (if you've used the legs) or offset from the invert level. |
Lay your pipeCenter the laser target in the end of each new section of pipe you add to the system. When your pipe is perfectly aligned and sloped, the laser beam will intersect the center point on the target. This pipe laser takes guesswork and complex calculations out of the picture! |
