Manufacturing base integrates the functions of R&D, production, processing, sales and service. Possessing the manufacturing workshop with the dust-free production environment that covers more than 2000 square meters, manufacturing base has 20 automated production lines and full manual process lines. A few globally advanced vacuum waterproof watch testers are available there, which allow the on-line batch testing to carry on simultaneously. It features strong strength and self-owned well-equipped facilities, ranging from packaging machine, R&D laboratory, thermostatic laboratory, anti-drop laboratory to dehumidification laboratory. Manufacturing base inherits the brand soul of NAVIFORCE, prioritizing product quality, and strictly makes a total of 28 processes involved under control, including material selection, production, assembly, packaging and shipment. Each process is required to be conducted in the state of quality control (QC) in order to ensure that every watch delivered to the customer is a qualified product.
