There's so many ways to use Pacific Foods Broths:

-Flavorful base for your soups and stews.

-Add to pasta, lentils, mashed potatoes or chicken to enhance flavor.

-Heat leftovers in the oven with a little broth in the pan to keep from drying out.

-Simmer potatoes in chicken broth. They'll be soft and flavorful in the middle & crispy on the outside when cooled.

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, lime, and salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken in the marinade and turn to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight.

2. Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth.

2 tbsp. sesame oil.

1 tsp. honey.

1/2 cup soy sauce.

1 tsp. sesame seeds (black and white).

2 garlic cloves, finely minced.

1 lime, juiced.

4 boneless chicken breasts.

salt and pepper to taste.
