The Beurer BC44 can ease your worries and help to manage and control your blood pressure. The fully automatic blood pressure monitor even detects irregular heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia).

Step 1: Fasten the Cuff Find a good place to sit down and try and stay calm for several minutes before taking your measurements. Put the cuff carefully around you bare wrist and wrap around.	Step 2: Heart level your wrist Adjust the cuff and keep the device at a heart level distance.	Step 3: Start the Measurement Then, choose your user profile and press Start. The BC30 will automatically measure systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as your heart rate. All of this, while tracking your heart rate regularity. Make sure to continue sitting still and avoid talking for accurate readings. Measure twice in a row in order to get the most accurate results.

What does the BC44 measure?

Systolic Blood Pressure - indicates how much blood pressure is being exerted against your inner artery walls when the heartbeats.
Diastolic Blood Pressure - indicates how much blood pressure is being exerted against your inner artery walls while the heart is resting between beats.
Pulse (Heart rate) - measures the heartbeats per minute.
