Machine may at TRAVEL mode. For the first time use, press the power button for 3 seconds to deactivate TRAVEL mode. After the vibration, you may use the DOCO Supre-soft Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush. You may enter the TRAVEL mode to avoid mis-operation, press the power button for 3 seconds to activate TRAVEL mode.

LED does not pulse when charger is connected?

•Battery is fully charged, ready to work.

•Battery is drained and will require several minutes to acknowledge charging cable.
