There is a "timer" key on the remote control, when you press the TIMER key, there will be a light on the USB port. Different colors of light mean different periods.

Red Light: 4 hours on, 20 hours off
Green Light: 6 hours on, 18 hours off
Blue Light: 8 hours on, 16 hours off

You need to reset the timer if you press the off button or shut off the power.
The lights will auto turn on and off every day after you set the timer.
