Important Notice

1. If the phone is not charging when placed on the charging pad, please make sure your phone is Qi-enable device. Non-Qi enabled phones will require a Qi wireless charging cover to power up.

2. Please unplug the charger and plug it on again if the charging pad stop charging, making sure the phone is aligned with the center of the charging pad.

3. Using a metal plate in the case or Phone case thicker than 5mm may prevent the charging from working, please do remove before charging. Green Indicator Light will blink rapidly when the foreign body is detected.

4. Standard 5W charging mode compatible for non-fast charge devices. Pixel 3 / Pixel 3 XL (The phone's screen will display the message: Charging slowly.)

5. Charging Speed will be slower than Cable Charging due to the loss of conversion, but still faster than other standard wireless chargers in the market.

6. To support fast charging rates listed, you'll need a QC2.0/3.0 adapter/Power Source, instead of using an ordinary charger(5V/1A AC).

Here are some tips for you when the wireless charging pad is not charging:

1. Make sure your phone is Qi-enable device. Non-Qi enabled phones will require a Qi wireless charging cover to power up. 2. Retry the wireless charger with a different QC wall charger and another cable. 3. Please remove the phone case and try the wireless charger again. 4. Restart your phone and try the wireless charger again. 5. Unplug the charger and plug it on again if the charging pad stops charging. 6. Make sure your phone is placed centrally.
