Working principle

When the ultrasonic wave generated by the ultrasonic transducer vibrates in the liquid, the rupture of each bubble in the liquid generates a shock wave with a great energy.

Ultrasonic cavitation is accompanied by many effects, such as high temperature effect, discharge effect, luminescence effect, jet, impact and pressure effect. This energy is sufficient to break the cells, homogenize the material, disperse the nanomaterials, and accelerate the chemical reaction.
