Medium-Dark Roast - Rich-Toned With Flavors of Bittersweet Chocolate, Spices, Apricot and Hazelnut

With this blend we take a new-world approach to a traditional-style espresso, combining organic and Fair Trade certified coffees from the world's major growing regions: Latin America, East Africa and Indonesia. Our goal was to develop dark chocolate-toned, fruit and spice inflected flavors resulting in an espresso that is sweet enough to taste great on its own, while maintaining enough richness and intensity to stand up to milk. All of the component coffees are certified Organic and Fair Trade.


Our Story In 1995, our founders began roasting coffee in a garage. It marked the beginning of a high-impact coffee company focused on quality, sustainability and social responsibility. After two decades, seven cafes and thousands of cups served, our impact has grown though our values remain the same.	Our Craft Our strict standards ensure that our coffees taste great brewed however you enjoy. We evaluate coffees multiple times and test roast on our production roasters to craft flavor profiles that highlight each coffee's unique character before presenting them to our customers.	Our Impact We support projects around the world that improve quality of life and food security for our partners in coffee growing regions.
