Use High heat only when boiling pasta or vegetables or reducing sauces with pot at least 1/3 full of liquids. Never use HIGH heat to pre-heat your Lava cookware. Enameled cooking surfaces may be damaged with excessive heating. Damage from excessive heating and/or shock cooling is not covered by your Lava limited lifetime warranty. Oven Cooking Limit oven temperature to 500 degrees F.
