Q: I’m looking to extend the current cable of rear camera. If I order a longer one, I will have to reinstall the cable into the car?
A: Yes, you need to reinstall the rear cable, because the 23 feet cable replaces the original 18 feet cable. So we advise that customers check whether the 18 feet cable is short for car before you install it.
Q: Have set loop recording, but only randomly records for 10 seconds with a long gap in between, then stops and re-start the recording,
A: We advise that turn off motion detection(record 10 seconds) when driving and dash cam is recording, which ensure seamless video recording.
Q: The SD card gets full and it doesn’t overwrite?
A: (1) Please kindly format SANDISK brand card, Class 10, 16GB-32GB micro SD card to FAT32 format on PC, then format it again on dash cam. (2) Please check whether there are many locked video files on playback interface(with "LOCK" icon) on dash cam, so need to adjust LOW of G-sensor.
Q: Why camera keeps rebooting?
A:(1) Please check whether you use SANDISK brand card, Class 10, 16GB-32GB micro SD card. because of many fake cards in market, it will cause many problem of product. (2)Please kindly format micro SD card to FAT32 format on PC, then format it on "format" of menu setting again. (3)Please message support team, we will offer the best solution for you if there is any question.
