PLEASE READ, IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We want to thank you for your purchase and investment in our company. We strive to provide the best service possible. Each product order we bring in is randomly inspected, therefore each individual one cannot be inspected by out inspectors. So, we ask that you share with us any problems that you may have with your order. If it comes to you bent, bad weld or not galvanized, we want to know so we can fix the problem, and you can reach us via messages in your account. If you get a less than quality product, we are more than happy to send you a replacement immediately at no further charge to you.
Anchor Installation:
Our Earth Tite anchors will go into the ground usually without problems. The best time to install them is in the spring and fall, when the ground is moister or in the Summer after hen you have had a good rain. If you are having a mild winter that could be a good time also. Summer can be the hardest time to install any kind of anchor. If you are having several months of no rain, then it is very likely that these anchors will not go into the ground. Please wait till you have a good rain.
One other problem that we want you to be aware of is that if you have had a ton of rain and try to put these anchors in the ground, sometimes they will spin and the top and will not grab the ground and dig in. As they are trying to turn into the ground, it starts turning the ground into mud and that is why it is not grabbing the ground. So please wait till the ground absorbs all the top water.
And Last, if you purchased our anchors for sand, we do not recommend them for sand. You need at least a 24” or longer anchor for sand. Please get in touch with us and we are happy to have you send them to us.
