How to use Fast-Clean Kit?

8 steps below to clean & flush your Haupon paint sprayers.

(For 73Mini sprayer owners: use pick-up tube which is provided with Fast-clean kit)

Do Not Remove While Cleaning For 73Mini Sprayer Owners: Do not remove the check valve while cleaning the sprayer. Check valve can prevent water from flowing into the motor to protect the sprayer from damage.	Clean Check Valve Separately After the Sprayer Is Cleaned Remove and clean the check valve separately after the sprayer is finish the cleaning process. (Both inside and gun surface) ---------- 2 Ways to Clean the Check Valve? 1. Use the Fast-Clean kit to flush the check valve. (As this picture shows) 2. Please see the picture on the right side.	Clean Check Valve by Brush 2. Unscrew the check valve lid and clean them individually (Sleeve, Check Valve, Lid) by cleaning brush which comes with the sprayer. (Please refer to the instruction manual)

Step 1

Unplug the sprayer.

Step 2

Hand-tighten faucet attachment to sink faucet or garden hose.

Size of the faucet attachment is 1 inch.

Step 3

Connect clear hose to faucet attachment then secure clamp.

Step 4

Attach pick-up tube to other end of clear hose then secure clamp.

(For 73Mini sprayer owners: use pick-up tube which is provided with Fast-clean kit)

Connect end to Haupon's paint sprayer.

(For 73Mini sprayer owners: use pick-up tube which is provided with Fast-clean kit)

Step 6

Press and hold the spray trigger. Point to the sink basin.

Step 7

Turn on water flow.

Continue holding the trigger until water that flows out is clear and free of paint or stain.

**DO NOT plug into and outlet while using Fast-Clean kit**

Step 8

Cycling the trigger on and off may accelerate cleaning time.

Clean gun surface by wet cloth. Do not flush directly toward the paint sprayer to prevent water from flowing into the motor.
