DESIGN INSIGHT: BUSHINGS

The Surf Adapter and Rail Adapter use soft urethane bushings to return them to center, just like a conventional skate truck. The use of a bushing provides an important degree of suspension in the truck, making your skateboard, cruiser, or longboard glide super smoothly over the ground! Dampening vibration is key to generating speed from pumping and experiencing a genuine surfing feel.

SURF ADAPTER

The Waterborne Surf Adapter on your front truck gives your board the tight carving ability that you need for surf training or surf-style riding. The rear truck Rail Adapter gives a skateboards rear truck more lean, whether it's traditional kingpin or reverse kingpin. A skateboard with both the Surf and Rail Adapters feels so buttery smooth because you are separated from the ground by vibration dampening urethane bushings.

RAIL ADAPTER

The Waterborne Rail Adapter lets your skateboard, longboard, or drop-through board's rear truck lean as hard as the front truck can with the Surf Adapter. The combination of the two makes a buttery smooth ride that can outperform any other carving board or surf skate! Your deck will lean deeply, flowing seamlessly from rail to rail as you drive through smooth, creamy surf-style turns.

Yes, the Surf Adapter and Rail Adapter fit all types, shapes, and sizes of trucks.

Will these work on a drop through longboard?

Yes, these will drastically improve the maneuverability of a drop through longboard. Bear in mind that you will mount the Adapter(s) to the underside of the deck, which will raise the height.

Does this work on a 22 inch Penny Board?

Unfortunately, the 22 inch penny board has an unusual bolt pattern, so it does not fit the Surf Adapter. The Penny Nickel board, however, does work very well with our Adapters!
