What is Chasteberry Extract?
Chasteberry is the fruit of a flowering shrub. Monks in the middle ages ate chasteberries believing the fruit would help them remain celibate (hence the name). Today, studies show chasteberry could help relieve symptoms of menopause and PMS. It may also ease migraine pain and act as an anti-inflammatory.*
