TruVoice HD-500 NC Single Ear Headset (Package includes 2) The HD-500 Range is our high-end noise-cancelling headset. Light, strong and stylishly designed, made for heavy, all-day usage in even the busiest call center. The state-of-the-art TruVoice noise-cancelling microphone will eliminate noise and deliver clear and natural speech. The lightweight aluminum frame and slimline leatherette cushion make the HD-500 exceptionally comfortable and the hygienic ear cushion is easily replaced. TruVoice headsets are easy to install because the Quick Disconnect system means simple compatibility with your hardware.	Smart Cord (connects into all phones shown below) Generic Smart Cord for use with 99% of all deskphones with a standard RJ9 type headset port. Once plugged in just simply switch the setting on the cable along until you clearly hear incoming and outgoing sound. If there is no sound after switching through ALL settings please contact support.	Training Y Cord Our Training Cord Will Connect into ALL Plantronics and TruVoice Headsets that have a QD (Quick Disconnect) . Simply connect 2 Plantronics or TruVoice Headsets into one section and the Headset Bottom Cable into the other end and plug into the headset port of the Telephone.

Simply connect the headsets and smart lead into the QD connections of the training lead as shown above.

Complete Headset Training Solution

Simply Connect Both Headsets and the Smart Cable into the training Solution as shown and then connect the Smart Cable into the RJ9 port of the Telephone. Once Connected the Trainer and Trainee can both be connected into a telephone conversation. The Training Y Connector also includes switchable mute and a volume switch making it easy to control the call.
