The Bears for Humanity Mission is to provide a sustainable way to give our bears to children in need. For every bear sold, we donate a bear to a needy child through our wide network of giving partners. And giving away all these bears to children in need is hard work! Thankfully, we love what we do, and only partner with organizations that share our values. We've partnered with a number of reputable charitable organizations who each bring their own expertise to the process and ensure that each gifted teddy bear is personally delivered with love and care to just the right child.

The Organic Sherpa Bears from Bears for Humanity are plush toys featuring velvety soft fur that feels great to hold and cuddle.

Our Mission:

Bears for Humanity has a clear goal, and it starts at home. We are proud to be located in Northern California, creating jobs for our community.

From farm to fulfillment, our plush toys are made using organic materials and Global Fair Trade practices. Once shipped to our Union City facility, the animal pals are ready to be built. We employ at-risk women from Welfare-to-Work programs to hand sew, stuff and brush the toys, putting that final loving touch on every product.

All of our cotton is purchased directly from co-op organic farmers in India and is fully compliant with Global Fair Trade practices. For each item purchased, Bears for Humanity donates up to 15% of all Sales to Children's charities in partnership with .
