Hearing Aid Battery Tips
Store batteries at room temperature, not in the refrigerator.
When inserting hearing aid battery, remove the tab and wait one minute to allow the air to activate the battery ingredients.
Keep unused batteries in the EZ Turn & Lock packaging until needed. Batteries coming into contact with coins, keys or other metals could results in leakage or a short out.
Colder temperatures, higher altitudes and reduced humidity can shorten the life of hearing aid batteries.
Conserve battery life by opening your hearing aid battery door when you remove your hearing aids at night.
Contact your local hearing aid center to ask if they accept used batteries for recycling.
